Music Photos by Photo Artist Rebecca Bogdonoff

Hi Everyone,
First off - please give us your input / comments about this post and/or our shows - we very much want to hear from you.  All you need to do is click the word "comment" and you are on your way.
Thank you very much for supporting us once again at Alvas Showroom on Saturday - particularly those of you who traveled such long distances across town from places like Burbank, South Orange County, North Hollywood and San Fernando Valley.  The four of us had a blast and hope you did as well.  You probably recognized we played both brand new tunes and requested tunes from previous shows.  Out next show at Alvas will most certainly include primarily new tunes - and hopefully we will be releasing a new album!
Rebecca Bogdonoff (professional photo artist and friend) came with her camera and shot very moving and artistic photos.  I believe you will enjoy her work as we do so I wanted to post a few choice favorites here for your enjoyment.  Rebecca is a wonderful artist with a special talent for taking photos of musicians - not an easy subject.  Reply back if you would like to know more about her work.
Photo Subjects: Bruce Baker (piano), Michael Alvidrez (bass), Alex Smith (drums), Angela Vicente (vocals), last picture is Rebecca (photo artist)

Love Rebecca's work - as well she has a fine tuned sensitivity to the music being performed; she gets these great shots and you don't even see her taking them.... Thanks for sharing, Bruce!

I love these wonderful photos. Being an amateur photog myself I can appreciate the skill and the eye of the photographer to frame and compose and to know the light and shadow character of the shot before taking the shot. And she has managed to "capture the music" in a visual sense as well. Play on Bruce and company.

First time participating in a blog for me (old school). Bruce, you are the real deal. I have been a fan for decades even when reading music was a struggle for you at 15. You have the creative juices and talent to take yourself out of retirement. Continue to follow your dreams. The pictures capture the fun and the passion you have every time you sit down while speaking to Ebony and Ivory. Keep giggin!
